Coco Triple Berry Smoothie

Just in time to spring forward….Mmmmmm this smoothie is very nutritional. A great way to start your day. It contains a high level of antioxidants, vitamin C and other nutrients. And coconut water is perfect for hydration!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of strawberry banana juice

1/2 cup of coconut water

A splash of light coconut milk

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 scoop of 100% natural whey protein vanilla (or pick any different flavor)

1/2 of fresh banana (only yellow)

Directions: Place all the ingredients in the blender; Blend it for 20 seconds and pour into a tall glass! Makes one serving. Enjoy this 3-4 times a week for a boost of energy in the morning or afternoon!
